Certain services or features may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, or rules, which will be posted in connection with those features. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all provisions, do not access or use the Site.

Release: You release the Company from all past, present, and future disputes related to or arising from the Site.

California residents waive California Civil Code § 1542:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release.”
